HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Airbrush Shop will endevour to send orders out within 24 hours. The only reason this will change is if the order is on backorder. As we have an onsite shop, you are welcome to come and pick up the order yourself, or come in and browse the shop. We also have onsite artists who can help you with any advice you may need.
HOW DO YOU SEND ORDERS?
All orders are sent through Australia post with tracking numbers. All orders over $300 are sent registered. We are able to send orders express, but this must be stated. Some items can arrive the following day, while orders to Perth may take up to 4 working days to arrive. Our Perth Store will be opening soon in Baldivis with another shop front north of the bridge later in the year.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Overseas shipping is viable, however you must contact us and let us know the product you'd like to buy and whether you require tracking. We can then work out the correct international postage cost for you. Please be aware that certain items cannot be shipped internationally, such as automative paints and some products only distributed within Australia.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are welcome, minus postage and handling cost. All returns must be unused and in original packaging.
We also provide servicing for products purchased from us free of charge, minus spare parts costs.
Proof of purchase must be supplied for free service.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE CORRECT FOR ME?
Please send us an email outlining the purpose you’d like to use an airbrush for, and the equipment you’re considering to purchase. With this information we can provide the correct advice for you. You may also visit our shop if you wish to speak to us in person, or call us at our shop on 1300 733 165. We support all products we sell for servicing and maintenance.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
We do accept orders over the phone, however we prefer if our customers purchase online through Paypal as it offers security for everyone. You may also make a purchase by coming to our shop.
When placing your order online through PayPal, please ensure your shipping address is correct, especially if it is different to your billing address. We take no responsibility for sending goods to the wrong address if it is the one specified on your order.
