I do not own a credit card can I still purchase on line?
Yes you can, in the comments section request transfer details so you can do a direct deposit into our account, please
advise us once you have made payment so we can watch out for it, put you purchase order in the reference section or your surname is also fine. We have alot of customers who prefer this way of business anyway. | What is the cost of Postage?
We will contact you to confirm the cost of postage and get your approval before commencing the order . We only charge
for actual cost of postage. We dont charge service or any other charges. | I am new to Airbrush products and not sure if I have ordered the correct product?

Advanced Airbrush uses Australia post for all deliveries unless otherwise arranged. All go next Day delivery in satchels unless too big.
This will allow for tracking of the parcel if taking too long for delivery.
Can I buy the products direct from your premises?
Yes, you may come to our shop in Penrith Unit 1 / 15 Production Place Jamisontown to browse our range and purchase products.
What if the Recipient is not home when my order is delivered?
Australia Post runs Parcel Delivery. When the addressee is not home, the ‘Postman’ leaves a note stating that a parcel awaits collection.
How do I know that my order will be met if I order over the Internet?We check our internet orders daily.
Your order will be acknowledged on receipt, Your order should be shipped within 24 hours of recieveing or you will be contacted if products are on back order.
We do not debit your card until the order is ready to be dispatched to the Post Office.
Do you send products outside Australia?Yes - just fill in the delivery details and we will provide an email quotation for shipping. We will not ship your order unless you agree with our delivery and handling charges.We now use paypal for all international orders.
What is your exchange policy on goods purchased online from Advanced Airbrush
We aim to provide customer satisfaction and hope that you choose your products carefully. We are happy to exchange items within 60 days of shipment for orders delivered outside Australia and within 14 days if the delivery is within Australia. The product must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original packing materials.
We are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner stated above. Customer will incur the delivery charge of exchange products as long as they are returned in perfect condition. We regret to inform that we do not offer a refund on items purchased, unless goods are faulty.
Is ordering online at The Airbrush Shop safe?  You should shop with complete confidence at this site. Our e-commerce system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) “ the industry standard for encryption technology used to create a secure transaction environment. If your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions, our Secure Socket Layer locks all information (i.e. your credit card number) passed from you to us in an encrypted manner, making it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party.
